Life is more beautiful with you in it

Hi Friends! I hope you had a wonderful Easter! I did! I arrived at my daughter's house on Saturday. We dyed the eggs and she had a blast! We went out in front and planted jelly beans in the front yard, the on Easter morning Kinley woke up to lollipops where we planted the jelly beans! Pictures below :-)

I made two of these cards, but only had time to take one picture this morning . The other one is in different colors . They are for some friends who have been so supportive and I appreciate them so much!!. In today's world it's so hard to just take care of your family, and then there's the Angel's on earth who find the time to reach out and truly care!!!

I started by inking a Tim Holtz stencil with distressed ink only on a portion of the watercolor color paper, the butterflies are from MFT, and the sentiment is from PTI.

(Don't worry she had to share with her cousins lol)

Thanks for stopping by my blog my friends, I know I'm hit and miss! Hugs, Char

Delightful post, and so glad you got to plant some 'lollipops' - this little girl looks so thrilled and exciting. This is what makes life happy. Love your butterfly card. It is so pretty with the colors of the embossing paste in that design. Hope things have been going well. TFS & Hugs

Oops, when re-reading your post, I realized you had watercolored through the stencil, not used the paste. That's even better, because when I try to w/c through a stencil, I always get bleed through!
