Have a beautiful day!

Hi Friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I don't get Martin Luther King Day off :-(....So back to work tomorrow! I had Kinley overnight on Saturday and she is so fun! At almost 19 months she is so smart and does the cutest things! You know I'm a grandmother so .....I have bragging rights :-).

I saw on line that this stamp set  from Hero Arts called "Youre so lovely" isn't available until February 5th, but I was able to order it? Not sure but Ellen Hudson had it, I LOVE it! O.K. let's get real........I love everything stamps, paper, inks, yada,yada.....:-) Anyway, I used my Misti to stamp the flowers with different colors using the rock and roll technique. Pigment inks are great for this ! Then I finished off with some gold splattering and a trim from Pretty Pink Posh.

Have a great day! Char

How do you do it, Char?! Every card you make is a masterpiece & right now this has gone to the top of my favorites list! Love everything about it! Sorry you have to work today--another advantage of being semi-retired--few if any Mondays--haha! Wonderful that you're near your granddaughter--can only imagine what fun you had with that little doll!

What a treat to have overnight bonding time with your grand-daughter! Every moment is so precious, no matter how old they are! Hard to believe my niece is nearly 6 and my nephew, 4! I miss the 'baby times' for sure, but they're still into cuddles and hugs and that, in my books, is what matters! Your card is absolutely blow-me-away gorgeous with the big, bold blooms and sweet sentiment! Good on you for tracking down an 'early arrival' of this set!

So pretty, and you've got this rock n roll technique down so well. The times I've tried that, didn't get the lovely look that you did (more blobs than anything else). Like the look of the stamped flowers and the colors are so cheery. Also love the curved bottom borders, and just a lovely card. Happy that you had fun with your sweet little grand, and she's at an age, where it is just fascinating to watch what they learn and do. Precious time. Have a great week. TFS & Hugs.
