Christmas Trip

Hi Friends! I hope you had a wonderful holiday! My daughter Destiny , Kinley and I went to Santa Cruz, Monterrey and Carmel. Carmel was my favorite because of the beautiful houses, scenic drive and wonderful shops..If you can think of the most quaintest town ever it's Carmel. They are known for their storybook houses.Below are a few. I hope you don't mind but I posted a few pictures of the trip! We had alot of fun! I WANT one of these houses, they are so darn cute in person!

Kinley at Carmel State beach...1st time with her feet in the sand :-)
These next set of pictures are also Carmel's 17 mile drive. It's full of beautiful homes, Pebble beach, and gorgeous ocean! We saw about ten seals to the right of this picture....waiting for those pictures from dd.The day could not have been more perfect!

 On to Santa Cruz!

We were doing to go to Disneyland but canceled the trip until next year. To many obstacles , but we had so much fun on this trip anyway!

Your daughter and granddaughter are beautiful! I can't believe how big Kinley is already!! I hope you didn't drive down because, sob, you know you were very close to the Playhouse if you did!! Happy New Year!! Hugs, Darnell

You were in my old stomping ground! My alma mater.... UCSC! I miss it there. SO beautiful! Would love to live in Carmel someday, too. You and I could get side by side bungalows! :)

What fun pictures, to answer your question on my blog, we live in the Bay Area so you are in our stomping grounds. The lake is filling up but sadly still needs quite a few feet to be full.

And PS if you plan on doing Disney next year it will be their 60th anniversary so they are sprucing up and adding a few new things.
