Crate Paper 5 ways

Happy Monday!!! I hope you had a great weekend! Today is my granddaughter's B'day and she is a big  4 WOW time flies!!

Well here's my last post for Crate It's caled Crate paper 5 ways and you can see the whole thing here Crate I have shared a few of the projects in the last few weeks but Crate has it in it's entirety posted on there blog. I sure have enjoyed my time spent with them and was honored to be part of this fabulous company! Always my fav!!!

I made this little gift bag for a co-worker a few weeks back and she had her little boy on Friday. She was due on my B'day, but was 5 days late. I was hoping :-) 

And I know that my dear daughter is getting to old for room hangers but I made her one years ago and she loved it. She left a candle burning to close and it got singed so, she asked me to make her another one..

 And a little note holder .

Dream as if you'll live forever

Did you have a wonderful weekend? I did!! It was my birthday yesterday and my daughter took me to go see Magic Mike on Saturday, and my son and DIL and grand kids took me to lunch yesterday and Jasmine drew and colored me a beautiful Mickey Mouse picture. I will have to take a picture of it and post her lovely artwork :-)  my son and Kim bought me a beautiful necklace! I finished off with some wonderful barbecuing with my daughter and some friends! I couldn't have asked for a better birthday!

For this card I used one of her Butterfly dies. See how intricate they are? LOVE them!

My Serenity.....

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! One more day of work yeah! It's hard ..that 1st week back from vacation to work a full week, and then you get back into your routine and its fine. I wanted to share a few pictures I took while on vacation with you!

This 1st picture was the 1st night of vacation. The sky was cloudy and the sun was orange but this is the best that I could capture

This old cutting block was cool, and complete with the pounding tool . See it on the left hand side? Very cool. The room I stayed in was full of beautiful antiques and had a big log bed and I had to use stairs to climb up in :-). It was a bit tricky to climb out of in the middle of the night lol!

Remember I told you about all the birds that one day? Well, here they are! And they were gone the next day, Larry thinks the anchovies came in.

I have no idea what this flower is, but I thought it was pretty! Anyone know?

And I have a card to share! I have been taking a much needed break , but getting back into the groove! I know this card if out of my norm but I really enjoyed making something different. I hope you like!

Crate's New Lines

Hi friends!

Well, I made it home and I'm ready to go back to the coast...it's so so so so hot!!!! And on top of it we have a wildfire and its smoky here. I'm trying to cool off today and try and re-enter into reality!! But I will be back soon. I haven't scrapped for 9 days and miss it! I plan on doing some scrappy things today...with the A/C on lol!!!

A Pretty Party List

Hi Girls!

Well my vacation at the coast is coming to an end and so is my DT term with Crate paper. I sincerely have enjoyed being a designer for them  and appreciate them! They are a wonderful company and I will cherish it forever! I will still be on the DT until the end of July and will have more to share. If you look at Crate Paper's blog they are going in a different direction in their designs and I can't wait to see what they will have on store for us!!! Crate is,  and always will be my fav :-)
Here is one of my projects that I made for them. Its made with Pretty Party...Surprise lol!!! And it's a Party List. I started with a blank frame and painted it off white and sanded to distress. I backed it with Pretty Party and used chipboard embellishes on top. It was very simple and makes a pretty party list :-)

And on another note I want to share a sneak of Pink Paislee "City Sidewalks", for Summer CHA, it's the cutest!!!
