Here's a few tags and cards I made for the Papercrafts submission for Valentines. I'm crossing finger's, toes, eyes !! Whatever works!! It seems like when there's a deadline my mind goes... $%^%(^*$ !!!! NOWHERE!!

Anyway, my gallant effort below was made with Prima ledger cards. Heidi Swapp Chipboard hearts, October Afternoon paper that I sprayed with Lemon Zest, and Old Lace at the bottom. I also sprayed the rose with Bubblegum! It's hard to get a picture that shows the shimmer.


I used my Cricut Wild card cartridge on this to cut the heart. They I cit another one withthe patterned paper. Cut the paper in the middle and added another paper. (October Afternoon. For the lace I used Prima and used my Martha Stewart Dolly punch. The lettering is Papertrey, and the bird is Cosmo Cricket (early Bird) chipboard.

I'm in Love with October Afternoon!

I got my package of the new Cctober Afternoon paper and WOW is is pretty. I reallly love the colors!! I will make more cards this weekend with different patterns. I used the wood grain to make it look like they were in a tree, does anyone see that lol!!!

My 100th post today!! I can't believe it's been almost a year since I started this little blog of mine!! I think I started it in July...Hmmm...I will have to have a RAK in July and think up something good!! I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have. I have met some truly amazing women and am very thankful!!

Here's a card I made with Prima paper, Me and my Big ideas paper, October Afternoon tree, Melissa Frances flower, Maya Road tag...Am I addicted to those or what lol!! Papertrey stamps, Martha Stewart punch, and a Fisker's punch. Oh! and Prima acrylic bird.

And this card has alot of Webster's Page's, Again....Me and my big ideas, some adorable trim I got from that cute Paradise scrapbook store!, Heidi Swapp invisibles (Orange heart)...very simple, their white and you add ink to them and wolaaaaa cuteness!!! It is a resist and the pattern comes to the surface. Love them!

Summer anybody?

Well, I don't know about you, but it seems to be summer here...100 degrees. It's supposed to go back down into the 90's next week!. I'm really not doing anything this weekend,,,crafting, eating, going to the movies..I went and saw..Night at the museum II ...it was cute. I went to a friend's house tonight for spaghetti and corn on the cob, YUM!!! Is everyone enjoying their weekend?

I made this card with the new My Mind's Eye...Breaking Free, and Melissa Frances paper, and the sun, and bikini is also Melissa Frances chipboard. I used Nestabilities (Circle) and my Cuttlebug for the circle's.

Three day weekend comming YEAH!!!!

What are your plans for the three day weekend? I might grab a few friends and go to the water and have a picnic. I need to save my money for my vacation in July...11 days at my little cabin in the redwoods by the ocean!! I can't wait!!!

Just a few cards to share. I made this one with K & Co, and Amy Butler (Lotus), I used my Cricut ( doodlecharms cartridge) for the heart and the love embellishment is Creative Imaginations. I used Stickles on the wings for some bling!



And on this one I used Making memories, Webster's pages, Foofa-la tag, a vintage sticker, Prima bling, and Maya road chipboard tag.

Hi !!

Just a quick card to share today. Ever have something that is so frustrating? well, this card was it for me!! It started out different!! I wasn't happy with it, so I took off what was on there and just started ripping paper and this is what I came up with! I used K & co paper and the bingo paper is from Jenn Wilson.It's a digital kit that I printed out. The flower is Prima. Thanks, for all your comments!!! It means so much to me!!! Your the greatest!!!

Happy Monday!!

It was sooooo hot here this weekend, over 100. I didn't do much. I was suppose to go to Sacramento this weekend but didn't. I am going next month to take a class from Tim Holtz. I can't wait. I took some last year and he is an awesome teacher. This time I'm going to make an embossed metal album. Should be fun!

This little card was made with Melissa Frances paper, Webster's Pages and a little K & Co paper. The house is Maya Road as well as the tag. I used my Fisker's punch and and Martha Stewart Ribbon.

Ive been loving the new Webster's Pages paper. I used my Cricut to cut out different sizes and put them all together to make a sign. Then I cut out the rose for the front to add dimension. Destiny came over and picked it up last night. She loved it!!

Good Morning !!

How was everyones Mother's Day? Mine was great. I still was not up to par....but went to breakfast with my family. It was great to see the grand kids!! (Oh yeah, and my kids LOL !!) My family is wonderful and I cherish every moment with them :-)

And this card I made with Noel Mingon Penny Arcade kit. I was so impressed with the kit. It had a ton of goodies in it!! I will probably do some LO'S too.

And it just wouldn't be a post without a garden picture lol!! Can anyone identify this bloom? My daughter left me this plant about 7 years ago and this is the 1st year with blooms. I know it's a citrus....but Lemon or lime? It has pretty blooms..

Back among the living....almost!!

Sorry I've been missing :-). I caught something and have been down in bed since Wednesday. Almost better .....hopefully better for Mother's Day!! The kids are taking me to Breakfast. Can't wait to see the grandbabies!! I hope all your Mother's and Grandmother's out there have a wonderful Day!!!!

My easter Angel !!

I did this LO for a challenge at Scrapbook Heaven. I can't seem to get a great picture...maybe because it's raining outside? don't get me wrong....I'm not complaining LOL!!!! After that heat wave I'm not ready for the heat....yet :-)

He's a card to share today. I used the new Crate paper line, Again, another Riff Raff tree that I sprayed with Glimmer Mist.http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5662379 A Maya Road mini chipboard tag ( Which is also in the supply list on Lisa's project) I used a heart punch for the hearts in the trees.

O.K. I couldn't resist another rose picture. My English rose is blooming now. It's raining today...so not a good picture....But pretty just the same!! It's called Abraham Darby

My daughter and I had a night out! She bought us tickets to see one of our High School musicals last night. I was flabergasted at how wonderful it was!! WOW can these kids sing and act!! And the band was awesome also!! This is a copy of the front of their program.

I wish I could have gotten pictures of the set...These parents spent alot of time on it....Awesome!!!
